Where to find your downloads
Everything you bought is in Dashboard → My Downloads & Keys: the files, the license keys and the invoice of each order.
How downloads are protected
- Each download uses a private link that expires after a short time. Files are not available at a public address.
- Only people with a paid order or an active license can generate a link.
- The link is made when you press Download, so just press the button again if one has expired.
If a download does not start
Step 1
Try again
Press Download once more to create a fresh link. Links expire on purpose.
Step 2
Check your connection
Large files can fail on a weak connection. Use a stable network.
Step 3
Contact the seller or us
Use Contact seller on the order, or contact support with your order number.
Updates
When a seller releases a new version, you receive an email and the new files appear in the same place.
