Configuring Payment Gateways

Add funds, choose how you pay, and set where sellers receive their payouts.

Updated 10/16/2026

Paying as a buyer

At checkout you can pay with the methods the marketplace has switched on, such as cards (Stripe), UPI and INR payments (Razorpay), PayPal, or your wallet balance. You only see the methods that are available to your account.

Adding money to your wallet

Step 1

Open your wallet

Dashboard → Wallet & Funds.

Step 2

Choose an amount and a method

Pick how much to add and how to pay.

Step 3

Confirm the payment

The funds appear in your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed. The same wallet pays for orders and approved project milestones.

Getting paid as a seller

Freelancers and vendors choose where their payouts go in Account Settings → Payout Gateways: Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal or bank transfer. Add the details for the method you want, then request payouts from Earnings & Payouts. How payouts are reviewed is explained in Payout Windows.

Check the details twice

A payout sent to a wrong account or email cannot always be recovered. Re-read your payout details before you save them.

Common questions

A payment method is missing at checkout.
Methods can be switched on or off by the marketplace, and some accounts have restrictions. Try another method, or contact support.
Are my card details stored?
No. Card details are entered with the payment provider, not on WeaveStacks.
How do I withdraw money?
Request a payout from Earnings & Payouts. Payouts are reviewed by our team. See Payout Windows.

Still stuck?

Our team reads every message. Include your order or contract number and what you expected to happen.
