Dispute Resolution

What to do when an order or project goes wrong and how we decide.

Updated 10/16/2026

How a dispute works

Step 1

Try to resolve it

Message the other side and explain what you need.

Step 2

Open a dispute

Dashboard → Disputes & Payment Claims, or Open dispute on the order or contract. Say what happened and attach evidence.

Step 3

Funds are frozen

The money involved cannot be released or withdrawn while the dispute is open.

Step 4

We review

Our team reads the messages, deliverables, tasks and tracked time, and may ask both sides for more information.

Step 5

Decision

The money is either refunded to the buyer’s wallet or released to the seller. Both sides are told the outcome.

Evidence that helps

Screenshots, the original brief, messages, delivered files and the task and time log. Keep the conversation on the platform so we can see it.

Be honest and respectful

Misleading claims or abuse can lead to account action.

Common questions

How long does it take?
It depends on how quickly both sides respond. Reply promptly to any request for information.
Can I cancel a dispute?
Contact support if the problem is resolved between you.
Is the decision final?
It decides how the held funds are handled on the platform. It does not remove your legal rights.

Still stuck?

Our team reads every message. Include your order or contract number and what you expected to happen.
