Will the AI make things up? It answers from the knowledge base you write, and anything below your confidence threshold goes to a person instead of being guessed. Test answers in the sandbox before going live. Does it work with my stack? The widget is a single script tag, so it works on any website: Laravel, Next.js, React, WordPress, Shopify or plain HTML.
