Your own AI support desk, as source code
WeaveDesk AI is a customer support module for SaaS products, agencies and online stores (rebrand it as your own with the Extended licence): a chat widget for your website, an AI assistant that answers from your FAQs, and a live inbox where your team takes over whenever the AI isn't sure.
You buy it once, host it yourself and use your own AI provider key. No per-agent or per-seat subscription.

How it works
- Add one script tag to your site. The chat bubble appears in your colours, in the corner you choose.
- The AI answers from your knowledge base: the questions and answers you write about pricing, setup, refunds or anything else.
- Unsure? It hands over. Below your confidence threshold, the conversation goes to a person in the live inbox, and your backend can be notified by webhook.
- Every chat becomes a lead, with contact details, an intent score and the page the visitor came from, ready to export.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a hosted service?
No. You get the source code and run it on your own infrastructure, so your conversations and leads stay with you. There's no monthly fee from us; you pay your hosting and AI provider directly.
Will the AI make things up?
It answers from the knowledge base you write, and anything below your confidence threshold goes to a person instead of being guessed. Test answers in the sandbox before going live.
Does it work with my stack?
The widget is a single script tag, so it works on any website: Laravel, Next.js, React, WordPress, Shopify or plain HTML. Ready-made snippets are included for HTML, React/Next.js and Laravel.
Can I use it for client projects?
Yes, with the Extended license: unlimited client sites, your own branding, and resale as part of your service.
Can you install or customise it for me?
Yes. The author offers installation and customisation as a service on WeaveStacks; ask through the product page before or after buying.
